Featherway Road is a behavioral support and counselling service designed for First Nations families and non-First Nations families. Founded by Debra Fernando, a proud Bigambul, Gomeroi woman, our approach combines Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) and Trauma Informed Care, Person Centered Practices with Indigenous cultural values to create a nurturing environment for families and neurodiverse children.
Our mission is to empower families by addressing the function of behaviours of concern, promoting inclusivity, and helping neurodiverse children reach their full potential.

Discover the heart of Featherway Road - founded by Debra Fernando, a proud Bigambul, Gomeroi woman with over 30 years of experience. Learn about our journey, rooted in cultural sensitivity and a passion for empowering neurodiverse children and their families.
We offer in-person consultations in Whitton, NSW, and surrounding communities, as well as across remote NSW. Telehealth appointments are available Australia-wide.
